Zulya Kamalova was born in Central Russia in the Volga-Kama region and has been living in Australia since 1991. Her music is in the traditional Tatar style, with the addition of other instruments and influences.

Zulya has performed all over the world and independently produced four albums including one of Russian-inspired songs in The Waltz of Emptiness (and Other Songs on Russian Themes) with her band The Children of the Underground.

Drummer, percussionist and composer Justin Marshall is a founding member of Speak Percussion and has composed music for film and animation.

Lucas Michailidis is an award-winning fingerstyle guitarist and composer who uses unconventional guitar tunings to create a melodic sound.

Accordion player Anthony Schulz is composer and also plays with the Anita Hustas Trio and cutting edge world music/jazz ensemble Frock.

Andrew Tanner is a double bassist, multi-instrumentalist and composer, performing and writing in a range of styles with Vodka Party, the Tania Bosak Moods in Mambo Ensemble and Rektango. He has also played in Moscow with his project, the Andrew Tanner Band.
